Hey, shopping for wine can be a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Really, it can be. Yet according to a recent national survey, one third of all wine shoppers describe their average experience as “overwhelming.” One third!!
That’s why City Wine Market is different. While we do maintain a choice selection of craft beer and spirits, we choose to focus on what we know best—wine and the wine drinker.
So how do we take the stress out of wine shopping?
- No Experience Necessary. Not wine savvy? Not a problem. With over 20 years collective experience in selling fine wine, our knowledgeable staff takes pride and pleasure in helping customers—from the novice to the enthusiast—find wine matched to their specific tastes, food menus and budgets.
- No Sticker Shock. Making great, inexpensive, everyday wine easily accessible is what we’re all about. Accordingly, more than 75% of our inventory is priced under $25 retail, and we always offer a 5% discount on the purchase of 6 bottles and a 10% discount on the purchase of 12 bottles.
- No “Miles of Aisles.” When has an endless list of options ever improved the decision-making process? For this reason, we limit our inventory to around 400 selections at one time. We make sure to weed out all the duds before they hit the shelves and stock only those bottles we feel offer the biggest, best bang for the buck.
