Do you offer delivery or shipping to consumers?
We do not. Unfortunately, Kansas law currently prohibits delivery and shipping to consumers. However, as a holder of a Federal Wholesale Liquor Dealer permit, we can sell and deliver liquor to others with valid liquor licenses or temporary permits.
-
Do you accept returns of liquor for refund if I do not have a liquor license or temporary liquor permit?
It depends. Kansas liquor law allows that if a product has been recalled by the producer or distributor, it may be returned for refund or exchange. Additionally, if a product is damaged or deteriorates in quality, it may be refunded or exchanged within 24 hours of purchase with a store receipt. Otherwise, all sales are final.
-
Do you help with selecting liquor for a large event, like a wedding, rehearsal dinner or private party?
Absolutely. Factoring in things like your menu, budget, headcount, theme, and personal preferences, we’re happy to help with planning your event’s beverage program.
-
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates in any amount, as well as gift memberships to our clubs.
-
Do you get “allocated” products?
Yes, but they are allocated to regular store customers. We do not hold raffles or contests.

Can you special order products?
If the product you seek is registered with the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) and available via a KS distributor, yes. We’re always happy to track down special requests. However, if the product is not registered with KDOR, we can’t sell it.
